These wind turbine generators seem to be getting quite common. I see them on buildings, in fields and even fitted to roadside signs, to seemingly power the sign’s illumination.

As I have started to look into the subject, it is quickly clear that there are many options to consider.

I was initially tempted to perhaps just go out and buy one of the small commercially available wind turbines, that are even available now from highstreet retail stores.
